By accessing or using BlockPrimer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the service

BlockPrimer provides educational content about cryptocurrency, a free newsletter, and an optional paid subscription. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions, automatic renewal & cancellation

Paid (“Pro”) subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. The Pro monthly plan is $12.00 USD per month and the Pro annual plan is $108.00 USD per year, in each case excluding any applicable taxes.

Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the next period, until you cancel. We send an email receipt for each charge.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then, and you will not be charged again afterwards.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@blockprimer.com.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices; any change will apply only to future billing periods and we will give you reasonable advance notice and the chance to cancel before it takes effect.

Intellectual property

The content on this site is owned by or licensed to BlockPrimer and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read and share links to it, but may not republish it wholesale without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockPrimer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
